With a proven track record managing the lifecycle of mobile companies, Mr. Grygier leads the Company's general and administrative functions.

Career Mr. Grygier is a CPA who brings 15 years experience in mobile and high technology, including contributing to the successful building and sale of two mobile companies. His broad experience spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, due diligence, financial operations, tax, planning, reporting, audits, customer contracts, business development, and corporate governance.

Before joining Roundbox, Mr. Grygier was CFO with Snac, Inc., a mobile software start-up based in NYC. Prior to Snac, he was CFO of Global Locate, Inc. from its inception through multiple funding rounds leading to its sale to Broadcom in 2007. Mr. Grygier previously held various management roles as part of the team that built and sold Omnipoint Corporation to Voicestream wireless, now known as T-Mobile.

Jeffery J. Grygier leads the financial and administrative functions of Global Locate, Inc.He has over 10 years of senior and executive management experience and has contributed to the success of 3 prior start-ups and high growth companies.

Mr. Grygier previously was with Omnipoint Communications, which was purchased by VoiceStream Wireless (now T-Mobile) for $4.2 billion in 2000.He held various financial roles in support of the launch of the Company's markets and services.Mr. Grygier was most recently Director of Finance for the Company's largest region, overseeing financial management of $1 Billion in assets, over 500,000 subscribers, and regional staff of over 300 employees.Prior roles involved competitive analysis, joint ventures, business plans and board presentations for new markets, corporate financial external press releases, corporate financial reporting, debt covenant reporting, and interface with external auditors.He built accounting and financial reporting departments from the ground up and structured the departments to meet growth demands as company launched 50 million POPs and successfully bid for licenses covering over 100 million POPs during his tenure.

He previously held senior and executive management roles in various start up and high growth companies in the manufacturing and retail industries.

Mr. Grygier has a BS in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
