With more than 17 years of EMS experience, Mr. Grygiel has served as paramedic and flight paramedic, as well as administrator of the North Jefferson County Ambulance District. He began working for Air Evac Lifeteam in 2002 as a flight paramedic. In 2004 he was named an Area Manager and in 2008 began his duties as Regional Director of Base Operations. He is a Certified Medical Transport Executive and possesses an Associate Degree in Business Management.

Lieutenant Grygiel is the Districts Training Officer and develops and implements our CEU training programs through out the year.Joe also helps coordinate the ACLS and PHTLS programs for our District.
