Steve Groves - Client Manager

Worked for British Gas for 32 years from 1966 - 1998.

During Steve's time with British Gas he worked for the majority of time in Customer Accounting as an Enforcement Officer and a Billing Manager and then in the Customer Service Centres as a Customer Enquiry Manager.

Following a major re-organisation of the gas industry in 1995 Steve was transferred to Transco and was employed as a Manager within the Emergency Call Centre at Brentwood in Essex.

Steve's current role is as Client Manager of EDF Energy, Scottish and Southern Energy and nPower.
