Monnica has devoted much of her business to focusing on the education and empowerment of women and their wealth.

Monnica is the treasurer for the Columbus chapter of Business & Professional Women.In addition to being the BPW treasurer she is also a member of The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) as well as several other professional networking organizations around Columbus.

Outside of the office Monnica volunteers with the Capital area Humane Society and spends as much free time as she can at the "bark park" with her black lab-mix Ruthie.
