Burlington, VT, February 8, 2000: Paul, Frank & Collins is pleased to announce Robert J. Grenier has become a principal and shareholder of the firm, effective January 1, 2000.The law firm currently has 21 shareholder principals and eight associates and of counsel.
Mr. Grenier is an experienced attorney who concentrates his practice in immigration law, corporate law and commercial law.Mr. Grenier has extensive experience in business matters involving Canada.He worked in Montreal for several years, holding successive positions of Management Consultant at Peat Marwick, Marketing Manager for Canadian Kenworth, and Industrial Commissioner in the Montreal Urban Community's Economic Development Office.Mr. Grenier has addressed numerous conferences in Canada and the U.S. in French and English on transborder legal issues.
Mr. Grenier received his A.B. from the College of Holy Cross (cum laude) in 1968, his M.B.A. in 1975 and his LL.B. (magna cum laude) in 1987 from McGill University.He is a member of the American (local coordinator for the Canadian law committee), Massachussetts and Vermont (former Chair of the International law and practice committee) Bar Associations, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and is fluent in French.
