Cathy Greer recently celebrated over 22 years in real estate.She began her real estate career in Jefferson City, TN while she obtained her BA degree at Carson-Newman College.Cathy is a native of Hendersonville, NC and a licensed NC real estate broker, has obtained her GRI, CRS and is a long-standing member of the multi-million dollar club.She is a member of REEA, NCAR, and NAR.After completing her BA degree at Carson-Newman, she obtained a degree in secondary education.Her love however was Real Estate and today she enjoys teaching Realtors® both inexperienced as well as experienced.

Cathy is an accomplished Real Estate trainer.She is a graduate of Floyd Wickman's National Speaker Academy.While selling real estate Cathy became a national real estate trainer for Realty World Corporation.Later, she also has held the position of Corporate Trainer for Cendant Corporation as one of the seven national Real Estate Trainers for Century 21.In 1999 she traveled around the country with 26 lap top computers teaching Realtors® computer software such as Top Producer, Online Agent and basic windows.There, she combined her real estate knowledge with her technical expertise to explain not only how to use the software but also the practical use of each segment.

Cathy has written several classes and teaches a wide variety of real estate related courses.She was personally trained by Floyd Wickman to teach the highly successful Sweathog class.She wrote and teaches the Up and Running Class, kick starting your career into making money.She is a NC licensed pre-licensing and broker instructor as well as approved North Carolina continuing education instructor.Recently she kicked off one of her best ever courses, Real Tech Pro.Real Tech Pro is a combination of e-mail and the Internet, Presentations and Contact Management for Realtors®.Real Tech Pro has one mission: To help Realtors® make more money through the efficient use of technology.
