At EBA, Jamie works closely with both Blau and President Kim Canteenwalla as they build their client base and open some of the most talked about restaurants in the country.

In charge of coordinating all office responsibilities, travel planning, and account billing, Jamie has crucial role in the success of EBA.

Prior to joining EBA, Jamie worked for the newest property on the Las Vegas Strip, Wynn Las Vegas.Opening one of the top fine dining restaurants in this Steve Wynn property, Jamie worked closely with top chef Daniel Boulud as lead hostess responsible for this high volume, high energy brasserie.

Before her position at Wynn Las Vegas, Jamie was Maitre D' at Piero Selvaggio's Valentino and was head hostess at Wolfgang Puck's Postrio, both at the Venetian Hotel & Casino.

In 2006, Jamie graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Journalism and Media Studies, with an emphasis in public relations.
