  Prior to Sloan, Rob was VP of Leadership and Organization Development for Boston Scientific Corporation, VP of Organization Development for Putnam Investments, Director of Organization Development and Training for Astra Pharmaceuticals, Principal Consultant in Digital Equipment Corporation's Management Sciences Group, and Senior Consultant with McBer and Company (now Hay/McBer).
  
  Rob's work to help clients understand and implement substantial change includes consulting for CVS/Pharmacies, Epsilon, General Electric, ICI, Liberty Mutual, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, SAP North America, State Street Bank, the United States Navy and many others.Rob earned his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from the Yale University School of Management.

  Sloan is reviewing the entire curriculum, he says, to determine how it can build leadership lessons into more courses.Mr. Greenly, previously vice president of leadership and organization development at Boston Scientific Corp., teaches seminars on "emotional intelligence" and "leading large-scale change" and organizes a leadership film series featuring such popular movies as "Gladiator," "Elizabeth" and "Remember the Titans."

  Rob Greenly has been named the 2007 - 2010 Yale School of Management Delegate to the Association of Yale Alumni Assembly.This follows Rob's completion of a three year term on the Yale School of Management Alumni Association Board of Directors, during which he co-chaired the Regional Chapters Committee and chaired the Boston-area chapter.
