Mr. Greenly has over 35 years of experience with environmental regulations and related scientific disciplines.Mr. Greenly retired as a US Air Force Officer with 25 yrs of service.He managed the Atmospheric Release Advisory Capability (ARAC), a worldwide emergency response organization under contract to the U.S. Departments of Defense and Energy at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL).He was an International Technology (IT) Corporation Senior Program Manager, responsible for technical and administrative management of air permitting, risk assessment and management projects, hazardous waste site remediation, air quality aspects of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) closures and corrective actions.

Mr. Greenly also served as Program Scientist, in the Waste and Environmental Management Department, for the Mason and Hanger Corporation at the U.S. DOE Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas ('93-'99).He managed the Environmental Compliance and Monitoring Section.He was the lead for the plant's ISO 14000, and Title V federal operating permit programs.
