Earlier in his career, while leading strategic development at ACT Manufacturing, Greenlaw was responsible for acquisitions, as well as human resources and directed the implementation of a benefits integration program for the thousands of employees in companies acquired by ACT.Greenlaw served as CFO and vice president of finance at ACT Manufacturing, Inc., Biospera Inc. and Corporate Software Inc.At Millipore Corporation, he was a vice president of finance and administration as well as a division controller

Hudson, Mass., July 29, 1998, DATE : [ 07/29/1998 ]ACT Manufacturing, Inc. (Nasdaq : ACTM) today announced results for the second quarter ended June 30, 1998.

For the three months ended June 30, 1998, revenue increased 2 percent to $ 74, 173, 000 compared to $ 72, 364, 000 for the same period in 1997.Net income for the quarter was $ 86, 000 compared with net income of $ 3, 631, 000 for the second quarter of 1997.The Company realized net earnings of $ 0.01 per share on 9, 182, 356 weighted average shares for the quarter ended June 30, 1998, compared to net earnings per share of $ 0.39 on 9, 349, 251 weighted average shares for the quarter ended June 30, 1997.
