   Tanya Greene is an associate in the Emerging Companies practice group and a member of the firm's Business department. She joined the firm in 1999 and is resident in the Reston office.
   
   Ms. Greene has a general business and corporate practice with an emphasis on emerging companies, venture capital financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
   
   Ms. Greene joined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable James E. Broberg, Freeborn County District Court.
