Mr. Greene, a member of the Firm, practices general corporate law, with an emphasis in transactional work and in the representation of closely held business entities.Mr. Greene began his legal career with a major New York firm where he devoted a substantial amount of his practice to corporate finances.Upon returning to upstate New York, Mr. Greene practiced with an Albany firm with a substantial real estate development practice, where he acquired a foundation in real estate finance.He also served as counsel to the Albany County Executive from 1992 to 1994.Mr. Greene received his law degree from the Fordham University School of Law, where he was on the staff of the Law Review.He received his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University, which he attended on an athletic scholarship.Prior to entering law school, Mr. Greene served in the Peace Corps in Guatemala and worked as a territory sales manager for a Fortune 500 consumer products manufacturer.
