    G. Martin Green was named Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CTX Mortgage Company in October 2000 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2001.In addition, he serves as Vice President and Co-General Counsel for Centex Mortgage, Title and Insurance Group.

    Mr. Green joined Centex in June 1999 as Associate General Counsel for Centex Financial Services, primarily providing legal support for CTX Mortgage Company and Commerce Title Company.

    Prior to joining Centex, Mr. Green was a partner in the Dallas law firm of Thompson & Knight, where his practice was primarily focused on Corporate Bankruptcy and Reorganization and Real Estate.

    Mr. Green graduated with honors in 1988 from the University of Texas School of Law, where he also taught legal research and writing as a Teaching Quizmaster.
