Adam joined Latex International in July 2005 as Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Prior to joining the company, Adam was a Director and CIO for Inline Plastics Corporation from 2000 to 2005 where he built their secure, state-of-the-art information technology systems and was a member of the company's strategic planning team.Adam was also responsible for Inline's NextGen packaging product development project while managing their customer service, national distribution, and logistics functions.Prior to that, Adam held a variety of IT and customer service leadership positions at The Stanley Works, a $3 billion company.His last assignment was a $15 million Y2K project to remediate over 8,000 PCs, servers, and other network systems and devices in 214 locations worldwide.Adam completed the project 6 months before the due date and over 30% below the budget.

Adam earned his MBA in strategic management and finance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science degree in international management and information technology from Central Connecticut State University.He has also taught information technology classes at Central Connecticut State University and Tunxis Community College.

Master Gorski has started his Karate career in January of 1991 when he was a student at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in New Britain, Connecticut, US.He received his 1st degree black belt from Grand Master Cheezic in June of 1995.In 2000 he started teaching at The Hamden/North Haven YMCA where he became senior instructor that year.In March 2004, Master Gorski opened his second Karate Club at the YWCA in New Britain, CT to promote Tang Soo Do Karate among children, teenagers, and adults in New Britain, CT community.
