For the past several years, the Dallas market has experienced declining occupancy rates and rents, but the market is now seeing increasing job growth, said Dirk Goris, senior vice president with real estate company CB Richard Ellis Dallas.Goris was one of the brokers representing the seller in Las Colinas deal.

"We really believe we're at the bottom [of the market]," Goris said.

The property was purchased from Chatham Court Associates, L.P., Reflections Associates, L.P. and Das Reflections, LLC which was represented by Dirk Goris of CBRE Dallas.
