Gorini has practiced in the fields of estate planning, probate and trust administration since 1980.He was certified as a specialist in those fields by the State Bar of California in 1990.He served for approximately 10 years as an instructor at the Santa Clara University Paralegal Institute teaching courses in probate administration, conservatorship law and procedure, and fiduciary taxation.He was a member and advisor to the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California from 1994 to 2000 and a former chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Association's Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Section.He has been a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 1996 and has lectured extensively since 1988 for many organizations including California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), the State Bar of California and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.Mr. Gorini has served as a referee and judge pro tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court.
