Maury Gordon, Senior Vice President

Maury M. Gordon is a Senior Vice President of Carlton Advisory Services, Inc.He has over 25 years of combined real estate and financial experience.His responsibilities at Carlton include debt and equity placement, investment sales and loan sales.

He is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting.Mr. Gordon is a Certified Public Accountant who began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co.Subsequently, Mr. Gordon was an Investment Manager in the Real Estate Investment Department of Prudential Insurance Company.At Oppenheimer & Co., Mr. Gordon was a Vice President of Mortgage Finance working with thrifts throughout the nation restructuring their mortgage portfolios.

In the last ten years, Mr. Gordon has extensive real estate origination and securitization experience as a lender with Barclays de Zoete Wedd Securities, Inc. and Remsen Partners Ltd.Prior to joining Carlton, Mr. Gordon was a Vice President with GFI Capital, originating and placing commercial mortgage loans.He closed over $300 million in mortgage loans at GFI.
