It has arisen as a by product of the writings of Dr. Gregory Gordon.Gordon is a motivational speaker as well as Christian author.Gordon's first book "Fool Circle" and was first published in 1997.His second book, titled "Life In A Nutshell" (a childrens book), came to him one morning while hunting and was released in 2000.Both books were published by Cornerstone Publishing.He has written a third book to be called "Glimpses of God", and is to be released in the near future should God allow.
Gordon is a forty-three year old husband and father of three boys who practices family optometry in between books.This allows him to be around a large number and variety of people each day.He is very much a student of life, and is always trying to learn new things.He is eager to share his lessons and is often amazed how God uses people who come into his life to help jog his memory and to indirectly help to write what he calls glory stories.
Gordon has a very unusual style that appeals to both old and young alike.He uses props, quotes, pictures, and even humor to entertain as he enlightens.He is not a pastor and feels this is a blessing because it allows him to speak in places where a pastor is not often able to go.He views each talk as a great opportunity.He knows he has to change his delivery but not the message.He is eager to please God, and is not afraid to tell it like it is.
Dr. Gordon has a teachers heart.He has always wanted to teach a class where he would not be limited to any course or specific discipline.It seems he has found his niche, and uses his talents strategically to use the limelight he has been given to bring glory to God!
