    Greg has lectured on a variety of topics, including, mass tort cases, director and officer liability, securitization transactions, lender liability, and issues related to dot-com bankruptcies.He spoke in November 2006 at The University of Texas School of Law's Annual Bankruptcy Conference on commercial arbitration issues, in January 2007 at a meeting of the Houston Turnaround Management Association on bankruptcy as a solution for asbestos and other mass tort liability, and in a May 2007 audio conference hosted by Beard Law Group and Business Publishers on handling complex chapter 11 issues.

    He also writes on numerous subjects, and, most recently, coauthored with Charlie Oellermann and Brian Gifford "Present Value Discounting of Claims in Bankruptcy," which will be published soon in the Norton Journal of Bankruptcy Law and Practice.He also coauthored with Debra Simpson "Retaining Key Employees in Bankruptcy," which appeared in the October 16, 2006 issue of the Texas Lawyer and the January/February 2007 issue of Executive Legal Adviser under the title "Code Limits Incentives for Top Talent."Finally, he coauthored with Dave Heiman "Innovative Approaches to Complex Restructurings: Creating a New Chapter for Kaiser Aluminum and USG," which appeared in the September 2006 issue of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel, and "When the Dust Settles," which appeared in the October 16, 2006 issue of The Deal.
