Ray has amassed a wealth of experience managing software and technology development studios over the years, working for some very large Australian organisations. Ray has successfully built large design teams and guided these teams to complete and implement innovative products under tight budgetary and schedule constraints. His strong design, engineering and overall technical abaility, especially in the fields of XML and SGML related technologies allows Ray to effectively direct the vast majority of our complex, technology-based web design projects, and to guide other design staff in the decision making process based on his first-hand experience and solid technical foundations.
