Mark Gonzalez is responsible for directing the company's corporate development activities to insure that the company is taking full advantage of opportunities to expand operations through mergers and acquisitions. Before joining the company, Mr. Gonzalez held executive positions with Halliburton Corporation, Kellogg Brown & Root, Service Corporation International, and a number of Wall Street institutions. During his career Mark has been an executive in both public and private equity companies, and has completed over $8 billion in transactions. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
