Maritza Gonzalez, Property Manager

Maritza is head of our property management department and has been since joining CPG in 1995. She handles the tenant and owner relationships providing exceptional customer service. In addition, she oversees all property and liability insurance matters for CPG managed properties and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Maritza Gonzalez is an Associate in the Firm's Fort Lauderdale office and a member of the Litigation department. Ms. Gonzalez's primary area of practice is Marital and Family Law. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Gonzalez is active in civic and community organizations.

Maritza was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in Miami, Florida where she attended Miami-Dade Community College and Florida Career College.She is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson and began her Real Estate career as a commercial banker.At the former Mega Bank she was the Assistant Vice President for the Commercial Real Estate Department in charge of Construction Lending and Real Estate Lending.In early 1995 she joined COMMERCIAL PROPERTY GROUP as the head of its Property Management Department where she is responsible for everyday tenant relations, supervises the processing of commercial leases, oversees tenant improvement projects and assists the General Manager in the operation of the company.Maritza is married, the mother of two young boys, and always looks forward to spending long weekends at the beach.
