Bruce GoldmanBruce Goldman established Goldman Partners in August 2003.Bruce was formerly a long-standing partner in the Commercial Dispute Resolution practice at one of Australia's largest law firms.In establishing Goldman Partners, Bruce has created an environment in which he is better able to meet the needs of clients in the corporate sector.
Bruce has over 25 years experience in legal practice, and is widely respected for his skill as a commercial litigator and negotiator.His clients include large multinational corporations in the investment, biotech, resources and manufacturing sectors.He has acted in many large and complex disputes, leading teams of lawyers in Supreme, Federal and international court proceedings.
Notably, in 2000 Bruce was retained by the Victorian Government to lead the team of lawyers assisting the Metropolitan Ambulance Service Royal Commission.
Bruce has extensive experience in advising corporate clients on corporate governance, and compliance issues.His knowledge of corporate law, financial services, administrative and insolvency law ensures his ability to provide complete and concise advice to his clients.
Bruce has a law degree from the University of Wellington.He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and is a qualified mediator and arbitrator.
