Bruce Goldman founded BGA, LLC in 1997 to offer high quality engineered total solutions to meet client needs. Bruce has more than 30 years experience in Project Management, Engineering and Construction of industrial and facility projects in the power, chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Representative clients include organizations such as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Hoechst-Celanese, Consolidated Edison, General Electric, Grumman Aerospace, Union Carbide and New York Power Authority. Bruce is responsible for all engineering and project activities of BGA. These efforts include engineering and design services, studies, procurement activities and the management of construction projects. He is also responsible for the implementation of the BGA Quality Assurance program.

Mr. Goldman has more than 30 years experience in Project Management, Engineering and Construction of industrial and facility projects in the power, chemical, pharma­ceutical and manufacturing industries. epresentative clients include organizations such as U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Hoechst-Celanese, Consolidated Edison, General Electric, Grumman Aerospace, Union Carbide and New York Power Authority.

Mr. Goldman is responsible for all engineering and project activities of BGA. hese efforts include engineering and design services, studies, procurement activities and the management of construction projects. e is also responsible for the implementation of the BGA Quality Assurance program.

For the power industry, the multi-discipline group under Mr. Goldman's supervision is responsible for providing engineering and design services for modifications to existing nuclear and fossil plants and electric distribution systems.Projects include building renovations and additions, laborato­ry renovations, electrical renovations, electrical power distribution systems, and mechanical system studies and upgrades.

On prior efforts as a Project Manager, he has had complete responsibility for all aspects of the project including studies, design and analysis. e has been responsible for meeting client specifica­tions and sched­ules, preparing and implementing project procedures in accordance with engineering Quality Assurance requirements.

For Con Edison projects, he has been assigned as Project Manager on many managed efforts on electrical, mechanical and structural modification projects for the Indian Point Nuclear Station. ost recently he was responsible for condition surveys at the Astoria, Ravenswood and 59th Street generating stations, tank inspection at the Waterside plant and modification of facilities at the Arthur Kill facility. e has worked in a similar capacity designing the TIP system for the Limerick Nuclear Generating Station.

On earlier assignments as a Project Manager he directed efforts on projects for General Electric, Hoechst Celanese, Laguna Verde and WPPSS. hese efforts included the direction of engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction activities.

His experience as a structural engineer includes the responsibility for all structural engineer­ing aspects of projects varying from total plant design to building renovations. is work included the design of office buildings, warehouses, waste treatment facilities and miscel­laneous structures.

As a Manager of Computer Applications, Mr. Goldman was responsible for imple­menting and directing the use of computer engineering and management information systems. nder his leadership, the computer development group developed, verified and marketed state-of-the-art proprietary software for structural and mechanical engineering analysis.Data base applications for project management, scheduling, equipment, tracking and communica­tion were developed using personal computer systems.
