Mr. Goldman joined Triangle in 1999 to spearhead the task of acquiring properties for Triangle to develop. For both commercial and residential ground-up development or for redevelopment of existing buildings, he is responsible for ensuring the continued success of Triangle by bringing the goals of its corporate plan to fruition.Prior to joining Triangle, Mr. Goldman had been employed by Forest City Ratner Companies as a retail leasing representative.He holds an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from The University of Michigan.

Ms. Goldman joined Triangle Equities in 1996 to manage the development process. Ms. Goldman has strategically directed a number of key projects for Triangle Equities. Elysa had previously been employed by the New York City Economic Development Corporation and was instrumental in bringing the expansion of the National Tennis Center to fruition as well as assisting in the creation of the Lower Manhattan Revitalization Plan for the Giuliani administration. Her specific expertise is in the strategic navigation of the City's Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, including necessary environmental reviews, as well as adding value through the clean-up of environmentally challenged properties. She holds an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University.
