The first deck that comes to mind for me is Brandon Goldman's U/W Psychatog deck. The deck is brutal.It utilizes spells a lot better than the original Psychatog, because of the white portion.The deck goes from B/U, to U/W with black splash for 4 Psychatog and 4 SB Slay.Here is his deck: (Modified to reflect my most current version - Brandon, The Editor)
