    Dr. Golbus, a rheumatologist by training, became the first President of NorthShore Medical Group in 1988, a position he continues to hold today. hortly after being appointed to that role, he began the journey to transform the culture and practices of the Group to create an environment that would earn the patients' loyalty. Through the process of embedding learning and development, culture change, incentive compensation and innovative HR methodologies, he has been able to reduce physician attrition to 5.2% and improve customer loyalty scores over the last 5 years.
