Kirstin Girdner is the Director of Operations and Development.Ms. Girdner has worked with Dr. Kemeny for more than three years on the SPLIT program as a graduate student and has had an integral part in the later developments of the program technology.

Girdner will complete her Ph.D. in Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona in August 1997.She has earned a M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Worchester Polytechnical Institute.Ms. Girdner was an officer in the Air Force Reserves for nine years.She achieved the rank of Captain and worked in civil engineering and construction before returning to graduate school.Ms. Girdner has been the important link to the field market testing and the further development of new features to the SPLIT program.
