Center Stage at the Flanzer Jewish Community Center, 582 McIntosh Road, Sarasota, will host a recipe series featuring Jerry Gips.The class will meet 1:30-3 p.m. on Wednesdays Oct. 11-Nov. 15.

Gips, former owner of The Big Kitchen Restaurant and Nellie's Deli, will reveal some of his most requested recipes, including his Oriental Ginger dressing, which he has never disclosed.

Owner Jerry Gips enjoys a well-deserved reputation for excellent New York style deli food in his latest successful enterprise in the Sarasota area.The previous, long-time owner of Nellie's Deli has taken his extensive deli knowledge and added to it.

Jerry Gips, JCC Board member, is pleased to announce the debut of his "Great Recipe"

series.Jerry's long career in the food service industry includes chef, restaurateur, pot washer, food & wine expert and former owner of The Big Kitchen Restaurant and Nellie's Deli.

He will reveal some of his most sought-after recipes, including Oriental Ginger Dressing,

which he has never disclosed before!
