Pavel Gintov
Pavel Gintov was born in Kiev, Ukraine in 1984. In 1990 he entered the Kiev Central Special Music School, studying piano with I.Barinova, graduating in 2001. He is currently a student at the Moscow State Conservatory, studying piano with the great Prof. L.Naumov.
Among the award won by Pavel thus far include Second Prize in the Young Pianists' International Competition (Ukraine, 1998) and Third Prize in the 5th Krainev Young Pianists' Competition (Ukraine, 2000). In addition, he has received several scholarship grants, including the Ukrainian President's Grant (1998-2001). He has performed in solo recitals in Ukraine, Russia, Germany and Italy.
