The article in the Scotsman reported that the Scottish Episcopal Bishop of Aberdeen and Orkney, Robert Gillies, had publicly expressed his disagreement with the recent comments of the Scottish Roman Catholic Cardinal, Keith O'Brien, on the UK Government's Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill.
