    Since the acquisition of Sectornet in December 2005, Software Solutions Partners has been working to set a consistent approach to imarket integration strategy across the business for all customers and all applications.A stand-alone component is currently being developed that will integrate seamlessly with SSP's product range and could also be integrated with any broking application, not just SSP systems.This new approach will deliver real benefits to all parties of the imarket initiative.

    SSP ACQUIRES SECTORNET ACQUISITION OF SECTORNET MAKES SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PARTNERS NUMBER ONE IN ALL ITS MARKETS

    Software Solutions Partners has announced that it has acquired Sectornet, one of the UK's leading providers of commercial insurance broking systems, for an undisclosed sum.

    Already firmly established as the leading provider to the UK personal lines intermediary market, earlier this year SSP also became the leading provider of packaged insurance company solutions, with the acquisition of the Insure+ Solutions [formerly I90 / I+] customer base from CSC.The acquisition of Sectornet, when combined with SSP's existing electRa and INSIGHT commercial lines customer bases, now makes SSP number one in the commercial broking system market as well.

    The deal involves SSP taking over all the personnel and resources of Sectornet which will continue to trade from its head office in Marlow as a separate business unit within SSP's corporate broker division.The deal will allow further investment in the existing Sectornet product range, as well as making SSP's other services and products available to the existing customer base.
