ECU's Senior Finance Officer - Fixed Assets, Mr Greg Gibbard, charged with the responsibility of overseeing the Hardcat rollout, has been conducting an ongoing staff-training program on Hardcat and the University's documented asset management processes.The objective of the training program is to allow the asset custodians appointed by the various Faculty's or Business Service Areas, to take responsibility for the day to day administration of Hardcat and the assets under their control, thereby providing a valuable tool for improved fixed asset and budget accountability.
