In a relief to the workers who travel in the company bus, the UP police has assured that no bus would be stopped for checking at night.
It had been alleged that checking at night is done to take bribes from the company as well as the bus operator.
"Our buses go daily from the same route.
If the police want to check our vehicles, they should do so during day hours.
At night, the only purpose of the police is to get their palms greased," said Ghildyal.

"If the confidence of the investors has to be restored, the state should ensure law and order so that industrial units may work without any fear," said Mr Aditya Ghildyal, president of the Association of Greater Noida Industries Association.

"Most factories here started recruiting outside workers and stopped taking locals because of their over-indulgence in union activities.
All big firms are now cautious about their recruitment process," he said.
Over 10 factories here have fallen prey to striking trade unions, according to industry observers.
