Mr. John Ghazoul

Cleveland, Ohio, (January 11, 2001) - IQS, Inc., a leading provider of advanced QS-9000 collaborative e-business software solutions, today announced the appointment of John Ghazoul, VP of Business Planning for the Automotive B2B E-Business Strategy.Mr. Ghazoul is tasked with providing strategic insight and direction as IQS moves forward in their B2B e-Business strategy.This appointment is the beginning of a series of strategic new hires for IQS.

Mr. Ghazoul joined IQS after serving as outside Legal Counsel for IQS has both a Law degree and MBA from the University of Toledo and has been actively involved with IQS for the past 10 years.In 1997 Mr. Ghazoul was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.His duties include development and implementation of strategic business planning, debt restructuring, management of 3rd party relationships and day-to-day operations.Mr. Ghazoul has also served as lead negotiator for enterprise-wide software proposals and business relationships with Eaton Corporation, Motorola, Cooper Standard (Cooper Tire), Autoliv, Arvin/Meritor Automotive, IBM Automotive Global Services, SupplySolution, and Lilly Software.

Prior to his employment at IQS, Mr. Ghazoul was employed by General Motors and ran his own private legal practice in Cleveland, Ohio.
