But the payback is well in the range of three to five years. Not too bad," he said. He said one inexpensive way to be more environmentally friendly is to recycle and promote your services as a eco-friendly alternative to home washing.

No one was at the church and the school building, 7819 Monclova, when an automatic fire alarm sounded about 4:50 a.m., Monclova Township Deputy Fire Chief Michael George said.The school building is under construction and classes are being held in the church's gym.

Upon arrival, fire crews found heavy smoke in both buildings and used thermal imaging equipment to locate the malfunctioning heater.They found the heater 15 minutes later on the first floor of the two-story school building.It was blowing out smoke but was not on fire, Chief George said.
