Lou George

Lou George, Velocity Elite Performance Coach

Lou has been a Personal Trainer for several years and is currently an Elite Performance Coach at Velocity Sports Performance.He received a scholarship to run track for the University of Mississippi but chose instead to walk on to the football team at North Carolina Central University.At NCCU, Lou became a 4 year starter at safety and was named All-American his Junior and Senior years.During his Senior year Lou was also named NCCU Student Athlete of the year.He holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education.
