    Justin F. Genzlinger Mr. Genzlinger is one of two Principals with Actualize. He manages the Fixed Income practice with individual concentration in accounting for residential and commercial mortgage banking institutions inclusive of primary, secondary and capital markets. He provides thought leadership to his clients through technical accounting standard implementations, organization planning, accounting processes engineering, transactional system implementations, reporting & analytical applications and corporate governance and compliance efforts. His competency within fixed-income markets results primarily through his experience with high profile government sponsored enterprises ("GSE") engagements. Specifically, the remediation associated with multi-billion dollar restatement efforts at Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. At Actualize, Mr. Genzlinger has lead engagements around the country for financial services clients with a focus on accounting for mortgage-backed securities, mortgage loans, securitization, debt issuance, derivatives, portfolio analytics and management reporting.

    Prior to Actualize, Mr. Genzlinger worked as a Sr. Director within the Investment & Capital Markets group at Freddie Mac. Prior to Freddie Mac, Mr. Genzlinger consulted with Capital Advisory Services. He began his career as a staff accountant and auditor at Arthur Andersen.

    Mr. Genzlinger received his B.S in Accounting from Lehigh University. He is a level III CFA candidate. He has spoken at several industry conferences. Finally, he is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association ("MBA") where he sits on the Finance and Secondary and Capital Markets Committees.
