Mr. Gee brings to Behre Dolbear's consulting practice a broad spectrum of technical and managerial expertise.In his 25 years in the international mineral industry, Mr. Gee has held senior positions in operating companies, ranging from the world's largest mine producers to junior exploration companies.His experience includes mineral economics and geology; acquisitions and exploration; base and precious metals; mineral market analysis and corporate management and planning.Mr. Gee's wide ranging experience will enhance Behre Dolbear's capabilities in the areas of property valuations, due diligence investigations; evaluations of project feasibility, resources and reserves; evaluations of organization structures and management.

Mr. Gee received a MSc (Geology) degree from the Colorado School of Mines.He resides in Golden, Colorado and will be based out of Behre Dolbear's Denver office.

Bill Gee has 26 years of experience in the minerals business with an emphasis on gold acquisition and exploration activities, including project generation, financial valuation and technical evaluation.From 2002 to 2004, Bill served as Vice President, Corporate Development of Behre Dolhear & Company, where he was responsible for technical and financial evaluation of mineral assets and companies.From 2001 to 2002, Bill served as Director, Corporate Development of Harrods Minerals Ltd.Bill was a principal at the minerals consulting firm of White Cloud Ventures for 10 years.He served with North Ltd. as Business Development-Acquisition Consultant from 1998 to 2000 and served as Exploration-Acquisition Analyst for Newmont Mining Corporation from 1992 to 1998.Bill received his master's degree in geology from the Colorado School of Mines in 1981.
