Roxanne is a native of Venice, Florida, and was a 4-year standout goaltender for the Princeton University during the 2002-2006 seasons.While she was playing between the pipes for Princeton, she helped her team to reach the ECAC semi-finals in 2003 & 2006, the quarter-finals of NCAA Tournament and won the Ivy League Championship, both in 2006.Roxanne received a number of remarkable awards such as, ECAC All-Academic Team in 2005 & 2006, ECAC Second-Team Selection in 2005, Ivy League First-Team Selection in 2005 & 2006, Princeton University Women's Hockey co-MVP, ECAC All-Academic Team in 2006, and ECAC Third-Team Selection in 2006.She also held the school's record for career save percentage & goals against average, and single year goals against average.Before she played for Princeton, she played for the Berkshire School, a NEPSAC Division III team, during the 1998-2002 seasons as a starting goaltender.Roxanne helped Berkshire winning the Canterbury Tournament in 1998, winning the BB&N Tournament & NEPSAC Division III Championship in 1999, winning the Cushing Tournament in three years in a row between 2000 & 2002.MFGA is pleased to welcome Roxanne aboard as one of the top female goaltending coaches in the nation.MFGA is planning on running a special goaltending camps for girls only and Roxanne will be the director of girls' goaltending camps for MFGA.
