Arie Gassner Founding Partner During his 22 year corporate banking career, Mr. Gassner was involved in all aspects of corporate lending including credit analysis, loan structuring and negotiation, and loan workout in the U.S., London and Israel.

As Chief Credit Officer for United Mizrahi Bank in London, Mr. Gassner was responsible for a major turnaround situation following a large fraud incident.Other responsibilities included the formation, implementation and monitoring of corporate plans policies and supervising the business controls and development activities to achieve pre-determined objectives.Mr. Gassner managed a staff of 20 employees consisting of Credit Compliance, Corporate Lending and Trade Finance groups with particular emphasis on definition of responsibilities, priorities and accountability.

As a Vice President of Corporate Lending at National City Bank (NCC-Cleveland, Ohio), Mr. Gassner managed a loan portfolio of Fortune 500 companies with outstandings in excess of $200 million.He managed one of the corporate lending regions of the bank and developed business through establishing a network of contacts with community leaders, attorneys, accountants and other professionals.

Mr. Gassner graduated from New York University School of Business and Public Administration in 1978 with a double degree in marketing and management.He served as the President of the Inter-Club Council and received the Lawrence A. Tisch Award.
