Doug Garrett
Doug Garrett is vice president of regulatory affairs for Cox Communications. He is responsible for managing the company's relationships with telecommunications regulators and service providers in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Prior to joining Cox in 2001, Mr. Garrett spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry in network operations, planning, regulatory and marketing positions with Pacific Bell, two small facilities-based CLECs, and AT&T.
