"Deploying" a Six Sigma Culture...Let's get rid of that word, "deploy"!We all probably follow the recipe ... executive training, deployment champions, full-time black belts, training, etc. With the infrastructure in place, we all work hard on project execution, on manufacturing projects, on getting those quick hits, and we even post some "wins" against those hard-to-tackle transactional processes.
