Spence and his partner Jim Ganley are working on restoration plans for three Maples designed courses, the Gaston Country Club (Gastonia), Cedarwood Country Club (Charlotte) and the Chatmoss Country Club (Martinsville, Va.).

Ganley said he chose 4th Dimension to redo his company's Web site for online training because Butts and Smith had the same skills as his workers.

"We've referred them to several of our clients.We told them they're just getting out of high school, but you're going to think they're 30 or 40 when you meet them," he said.

Referrals paved the way to more work and larger projects with larger clients, such as Manpower, Mueller Co. and Bodine Environmental Services.
