Michelle provides consulting and global research design and execution expertise in quantitative research.
Prior to joining Directive Analytics, Ms. Gallant spent 13 years at ACNielsen BASES, a leader in Simulated Test Marketing, where she was a Group Director for the Project Management team.While at BASES, she worked with leading consumer package good companies such as Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser, offering proposals, study and questionnaire design, fielding expertise and reporting.In addition to Simulated Test Marketing, Michelle has experience in on-line focus groups, A&U testing, concept ideation and development, price sensitivity testing, as well as other research methodologies.Ms. Gallant attended Southern Connecticut State University where she majored in both English and Psychology.
