Gallant is the assistant for administrative affairs to the dean of the college of arts and sciences at the University of Buffalo.Gallant earned a bachelor of arts in art history from the State College of New York at Buffalo and a master of arts from Binghamton University.She is pursuing a Ph.D. in history of art and architecture from Binghamton University.
