Scott Gagnon (Stage Director)
Scott received his MFA in stage directing from Emerson College in 1995.
Among his directing credits are Assassins with the Boston Center for the Arts, Damn Yankees with Curtain Call Theatre, Dial M for Murder with the Footlight Club, Really Rosie with the Arlington Center for the Arts, Laughing Wild and Tomfoolery at Emerson's Circle Theatre, and a number of shows at MIT, including Wierd Romance, The Philadelphia, Into the Woods , and G&S's Ruddigore.
Scott has served as a panelist for the Clauder Competition, a nationwide playwriting contest, and as an adjudicator for the American College Theatre Festival.
From ACTF he received the prestigious Region One Critics' Award as Critic of the Year for the New England Region.
Scott has written four original plays and his most recent, Black Sox, a musical about the 1919 World Series, received its first public staged reading in New York October 26, 1998.
