Prior to joining Elite Property Management in June 2007, Ron was a Facilities and Property Manager for the Greater Hartford YMCA for seven years.During his tenure he helped manage and control a 1.5 million dollar budget and managed a team of 20.Also, he managed four YMCA Facilities and five of their satellite properties.

Ron has been very successful in establishing a solid working relationship with many quality contractors and negotiating the best price.He prides himself on helping others and seeing problems to the end.

Ron is a hands-on manager who has significant knowledge of boilers, air conditioners, as well as of internal and external physical building structure, swimming pools, house keeping.
