Professor in "Electrical Plants" at the Federico II University in Naples, ex Head of the Engineering Faculty of Cassino University.Over the past thirty years he has gained extensive experience in the field of electrical power, both as academic and consultant.He has held several positions in the public and private energy sector and in public utilities (Head of the Research Centre for Economics applied to Engineering, member of the board of directors of S.I.P. and A.M.A.N (local body of Naples City Council, Vice-commissioner to Naples City Council, consultant to the Italian government commission on the right to strike within the electrical power sector).He is also the author of more than 150 scientific works on energy published in periodicals and presented during national and international conferences and has been President of AEIT (the Italian federation for Electrotechnics, Electronics, Automation, Information Technology and Telecommunications) since 2004.Now he acts as Of Counsel to LCA Italian Legal and Tax Advisors. tel. | francesco.gagliardi18@tin.it |

The opening ceremony will be held on Monday, June 6, at 6 p.m. Welcome addresses will be given by the CIRED organizing chairman and the CIRED chairman, after which the keynote speakers, Francesco Gagliardi, president of AEIT (Federazione Italiana Elettrotecnica, Elettronica, Automazinoe, Informatica e Telecomunicazione), and Franco Reviglio, president of AEM Torino (Azienda Energeticas Metropolitana Toriono), will address the conference delegates and their companions.
