   BELGRADE - State Commission for Missing Persons President Gvozden Gagic announced on Monday that the mixed Working Group for persons that have gone missing in the territory of Kosovo and Metohija should meet in Pristina on Thursday, June 9, but pointed out that there was still no official confirmation.

   The chairman of the federal Commission on Missing Persons, Gvozden Gagic, said that the call was to those family members with whom the missing had last had contact.

   "The mass grave in Kosovo, in Merdita, a suburb of Malisevo, is situated in some kind of quarry and in it are most probably the remains of Serbs who were abducted in 1998 by members of the Kosovo Liberation Army," said Gvozden Gagic.
   
   Reuters yesterday quoted an unnamed source within UNMIK as saying that six or seven bodies had been found so far and that some of the victims' hands had been tied.
   
   Gagic said today that 24 bodies found recently in another grave near Volujak were being prepared for DNA identification in Sarajevo.
